Terms and Conditions:

 

1. Buy 10 Ultima products and get 1 product FREE from us.  Either through your next online order with us or via a courier or post office.
2. Only ORIGINAL ‘Loyalty Logo’s’ will be accepted and qualify for a FREE product.
3. Cut out the Loyalty Programme token on any newly packaged Ultima product and attach the token to the Loyalty Template Form and date each token with the date your are redeeming your loyalty sheet.
4. It is essential to fill in all your details in order to qualify for the FREE product, please use your physical address, NOT your P.O. BOX
5. Scan and email the form to us on info@ultima.co.za and let us know if you are adding it to your online order or not.

 

Please make sure before you email the sheet to us that you have dated each token as required to qualify, put in your physical address where you want the loyalty to be shipped and lastly you have added a note in the email stating if you want the loyalty to be added to your online order, if applicable to an online order being placed.
